Facility Rules
Office Hours
StorageWorks Office at 269 Pacific Highway, Artarmon is staffed:
- Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm
- Saturday 9 am – 5 pm
- Sunday 10 am – 4 pm
StorageWorks Office is closed New Years Day, Australia Day, Easter Friday, Christmas Day and
Boxing Day.
Access Hours
- 269 and 279 Pacific Highway, Artarmon access hours are the same as the StorageWorks Office
hours above
- 9 and 11 Campbell St, Artarmon access hours are 6 am to 8 pm daily
Accessing the Facility
- Persons entering the Facility do so at their own risk
- Customers store at their own risk and should follow our reasonable directions
In the Facility
- Do not place objects in front of roller doors or gates. Gates, roller doors and other access doors
may close without warning and should not be obstructed
- There are shared zones throughout the Facility. When driving adhere to the 5km speed limit.
Pedestrians should be aware of vehicles moving around the Facility
- The Facility is alarmed and monitored by CCTV at all times. If you or one of your associates
triggers a security or emergency services alarm, a call out fee may apply
- Be considerate of others. Aggressive, abusive or antisocial behavior will not be tolerated
- Smoking is not permitted in the Facility
- Pets and animals must be leashed or restrained at all times in the Facility
Your Storage Unit
You must:
- secure your storage unit with a padlock, and keep the key/combination to your storage unit.
Your goods are stored at your own risk
- secure the Facility’s gates / doors that you use from unauthorised entry, and from tailgaters
- not store hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable
or living goods or goods that pose a risk to any property or person. This includes lithium-ion
batteries or items containing lithium-ion batteries
- not use the Facility’s electricity supply via power points, extension leads or other measures
without permission. Please contact the StorageWorks Office should you require a power supply
- not leave any goods unattended in the common areas of the Facility
Deliveries / Collections
- Any goods received by the Facility for delivery or dispatch must be identified by your name or
storage unit number
- Goods received will be stored in a designated secured area so you should arrange for collection
as soon as possible, and, in any event no later than 2 business days following receipt of the
goods by us, either for delivery to you (storage unit or removed from the Facility) or for dispatch
- If the goods are not collected within a reasonable time, we will return the goods to the sender
and / or otherwise dispose of the goods
- Please note any receipt and/or dispatch activities are undertaken at your risk, and the area for
delivery and dispatch may be accessed by Facility staff, courier personnel and other members
of the public
- Although we are authorised to sign for the goods on your behalf, we do not take possession of
the goods and we do not take any steps to check the goods or keep them safe
- You must comply with, and you must ensure that any third party delivering/collecting the goods
complies with, our reasonable directions
- This service is provided on a fair use basis
Your Details
- Please notify us within 2 business days if your contact details, or the contact details of your
Alternative Contact Person change
Moving Out
- Please provide 7 days’ notice of your intention to move out
- Ensure you take all goods and rubbish with you when you move out
- Your storage unit must be left empty and clean, with your lock removed
- Rubbish disposal charges apply to goods/rubbish left in your storage unit or in any common
areas of the Facility
